Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential functionality, understand aggregate website traffic, and measure technical performance.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings or privacy tools. Restricting some technologies may affect how parts of the website function.

Section 05

How we share information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with personnel and service providers that help us operate the website, receive form submissions, communicate with you, evaluate applications, and protect our services. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer.

Our website may link to external websites or services. Information you provide directly to those services is governed by their own privacy policies.

Section 07

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including responding to inquiries, evaluating applications, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting our rights.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was provided. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Section 08

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through public forms.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to help protect login, password recovery, contact, and job application forms from bots and harmful activity. It is bot/security verification, not Dial By Daylight user tracking or fingerprint authentication. For information about Cloudflare's processing for Turnstile, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
